There's a lot of satisfaction in helping people out and in helping them really in a time of need when they really don't know who to turn to and you're there. It gives me a good feeling, and certainly the clients and the people that approach you, you hope they go away feeling good about the experience as well, and getting the result for them that they really want.
I did more trial work in my younger years, in the earlier part of my career. In the present, I'm pretty much the managing attorney of this firm and have been sort of guiding the younger associates and managing the office and making sure things are done right and timely for the benefit of the clients, obviously.
I joined this firm way back when with the founder, and he sort of guided me through and taught me really pretty much everything I know at this point. So there’s a satisfaction in doing that for young people who graduate out of school, and this may be their first job or their second job, and sort of imparting what you've learned in, 40 years of practice to somebody else so that they can continue to improve their skills, improve their career, and continue to help the public if this is what they want to do.
