A lot of them are filed in Memphis because there are several medical device manufacturers that are located here, and when you have a claim involving a failure of a medical device, you have some choice where that lawsuit gets filed. Some choices allow you to stay in state court with a local county court and local elected judges. Other cases get filed in federal courts in different places across the country, and those judges are appointed and then approved by Congress and they serve for life. And so depending on where you are, the choice of judge can make a large difference in the outcome of your case, and so we find that for cases where there are manufacturers that are based in Memphis, we believe that there's a better outcome when we file the case in Memphis.
