This video features Kevin Swenson, a Personal Injury attorney based in Utah.
Rob Rosenthal:
If you want to file a UM/UIM claim against your own insurance company, do you need an attorney? Let's ask Utah lawyer Kevin Swenson for an Ask the Lawyers Quick Question.
Kevin Swenson:

The laws in the State of Utah are so complicated that our legislature has made it so you really need to do that to protect your interests.
