Asheville Attorney Explains Product Liability

Video Transcript:

Leslie Rhode:

What should I do if I was injured by a defective household product? We ask Asheville, North Carolina attorney Brian Davis in this AskTheLawyers™ Quick Question.

Brian Davis:

Well, the biggest thing is to preserve the product. If you don't keep the product and preserve it, you basically don't have a case because you have to be able to have that product examined by an expert, and that person has to be able to figure out what the defect is. But if you don't have the product, you don't have a case.
