Video Transcript:

My name is Bruce Ralston. I'm a debt attorney, and that could mean a lot of things, but in my case, that means I'll deal with just about any kind of debt and credit situation. If you have a traffic ticket, I can help you with the traffic ticket. If you have $200,000 of student loan debt, I can help you deal with that. Anything in between, if it involves debt or credit, I can probably help. When I'm doing a student loan consultation, it's not just a consultation. It is a comprehensive analysis, after which you will know everything that you need to know about your student loans situation and what can be done and how
to do it. So I find that in roughly half the cases after we've had that analysis and consultation, you don't need me anymore, and that's fine with me. The one comment I get more, I get it a lot and I love it the most is, "I slept last night. For the longest time, I've been waking up in the middle of the night worried about this. The phone calls, what I'll do with, how do I deal with this. Are they gonna garnish my paycheck? Are they gonna arrest me?" No they'll never arrest you. But they fear these things, and after we've explained everything, they know all of these things that they've been worrying about, there's no reason to worry about them. There are a few things you do need to worry about, but you could focus on that now and that simplifies things and now people can exhale.
