What's the benefit of having a personal injury attorney who is a former prosecutor? We ask California attorney Richard Richardson in this AskTheLawyers™ Quick Question.

Richard Richardson:

As a prosecutor, I saw a lot of issues. I saw fraud. I saw theft. I saw assault and batteries. So I began learning where people are victimized. In learning where people were victimized, I learned how to speak to people; I learned how to understand their story; and I learned there's a lot more to the story than what’s covered in the police report, and a lot more to the story than what's listed in a traffic incident report. I learned to investigate and to look deeper.
