Denver, Colorado TBI Lawyer Explains What to Watch For

Video Transcript:

Rob Rosenthal:

Do traumatic brain injuries always show up right away after someone is injured in an accident? Well, that's what we asked Denver lawyer Samantha Pryor for this Ask the Lawyer's Quick Question.

Samantha Pryor:

You know they don't always show up right away. People who have traumatic brain injuries tend to have various symptoms that may take days or if not weeks to show up, and so there might be subtle symptoms like, you know, not being able to find words or lack of concentration, but it's important that when you're involved in an auto accident that you keep an eye on your symptoms and how you're feeling, 'cause it might very well be a traumatic brain injury that requires immediate medical attention.
